Welcome to our Sweet 16 dance season!
Hello Dance Families!
We are SO EXCITED to see you all this coming week as we enter our sweet 16th season of dance!! Classes begin tomorrow!!
Some housekeeping things to keep in mind as we begin this dance season:
-Be sure that you have downloaded and joined our Remind App (text “@RNMdance” to the phone number 81010) and like and follow our Facebook page ( http://facebook.com/RNMWV ) so you’re up to date with all things RNM. We will send out emails throughout the year with important information and reminders as well as send home a paper copy of our Studio Newsletter each month. Be sure to check these things out so you too are up to date with all of the things happening at the studio!
-Please park in parking spots when coming inside the studio and NOT in front of the studio door. Use caution when driving through the parking lots and be on the lookout for small children. If you are dropping off/picking up, you may do so at the door just like at school – by looping around the parking lot.
-Tuition is due September 1 if you did not pay at registration. Remember we give a 5% discount for all tuition paid with cash/check!
-Please look over the dress code on the back of your handbooks and come dressed appropriately for your class(es). If you placed an order for shoes/leotards, they are available at the front desk. See Miss Jess to pick up your orders.
-If you need to change at the studio, please use the changing rooms and not the restroom! With only 1 bathroom, a line forms quickly!
-We have a HUGE selection of leotards and dance bags at the studio for purchase. We also have adorable Croc charms, straw toppers, pajama pants, T-shirts, and socks!!
-We will have a photo area for your dancer to take “First Day of Dance” pics in the lobby, so be sure to snap a picture before/after classes and share with your friends and family online! Tag us in your photos on Facebook and Instagram! We offer you a $20 credit for each new student who registers and lets us know you referred them!
-Our dance family has grown even more this year and we know that the studio will be a bit crowded at times. Please keep a walkway clear through the lobby and hallways at all times. Shoes/jackets/dance bags should be left on hooks or in the cubbies in the hallway to leave room for parents and dancers to sit on the benches. Parents are welcome to wait inside our lobby/on the benches, but please do so quietly. With open ceilings noise carries into the classrooms and can make it very distracting at times.
-If your dancer is thinking of trying additional classes this year, the first couple of weeks are the best time to give them a try! We do have quite a few full classes, but we can add your dancer to the waitlist if needed. Curious about the appropriate level? Just ask and we’ll be happy to help find the perfect class for your dancer. We did open a new class because it has been in high demand- Beg Modern on Thursdays 5:15-6:00!
-If at any time you have questions or concerns about anything, please let one of our staff members know. We want to make this dance season an amazing experience for everyone and look forward to the coming year!
