15 & Fabulous: A Glamorous Gala
Our 15th Annual Recital is only 6 weeks away! By now you should have
received your recital info packet. Familiarize yourself with the schedules
and requirements listed. Can’t find your copy? A digital version was
emailed to everyone on Saturday!
If you have not received your costumes, please see Ms. Jessica at the
front desk. Please make sure that all accessories are put away safely so they
don’t get lost or misplaced and remember to iron or steam your costumes
to get out any wrinkles before the performance.
Have questions? Please ask…we understand that for our new parents,
recital time and the month leading up to it, can be overwhelming and
confusing!
Tickets go on sale on Saturday, May 9 at 10am online at
https://24289.recitalticketing.com/. Please be sure to check the Helper
List so you know which day you will be helping with the show.
The inside page of your Recital Packet has ALL of the order forms
on it – Flowers, Happy Grams, Business Ads. Pull it out and be sure to
bring those in to the studio by May 28!
Dress code reminder:
The dance season isn’t over yet! PLEASE make sure your dancer comes
dressed appropriately to classes and has her hair SECURED NEATLY in a TIGHT bun or ponytail. Loose and untamed hair are causing MANY avoidable distractions in classes. Secured hair allows your dancer to focus more clearly.
Finale Rehearsal Schedule
Every dancer will be part of the recital’s Finale! There are extra rehearsals for ALL dancers scheduled at the studio for this. Dancers can wear shorts/ leggings and a comfy top with bare feet for rehearsals. Finale rehearsals days/times are:
- Monday, June 8 5:00-7:00pm @ Studio
- Tuesday, June 9 5:00-7:00pm @ Studio
All students are expected to be STRETCHING IN THE STUDIO BY THE START TIME.
Lost & Found
Our Lost and Found is overflowing! Please check the items by the front door to see if anything belongs to you! Everything left by recital week will be donated.
Account Balances
All account balances for the 2025-2026 season must be paid in full by June 12.
Dancers will not be eligible to perform if their account is overdue.
Check with Miss Jessica to ensure your account is up to date!
Join TPDC next year!
If you think you’d like to be part of Turning Pointe Dance Company next season, come to our parent & dancer meeting on June 9 @ 7:15pm. This meeting is mandatory for dancers who will be participating with TPDC next year. Perks of TPDC include all festival fees paid for at all festivals attended (that’s around $550 that parents don’t have to pay), more performance opportunities, and leading roles in TPDC ballets. TPDC is open to ALL dancers who will be in Intermediate or Advanced Ballet next season.
Recital Business Ads
We have had many businesses ask to advertise in our recital program
and we would like to invite our families to take advantage of this
opportunity by offering you incentives!
Each student who sells business ads for the program will have 10% of
their sales total credited to their account for Summer or Fall. The
student who sells the most ads will receive an account credit of $100!
Business Advertisement forms are located in your info packet and at
the front table. Please make sure to include your student’s name on the ad.
Summer 2026 Discount
Summer is almost here. Don’t forget to sign up and pay for your classes
before June 1st to receive your 10% discount.
