Get ready for our Sweet 16 season!
It’s that time! Our schedule for RNM Dance Studio’s 16th season is now available.
We tried to accommodate as many requests as possible, which took quite a bit longer than expected. Thank you for your patience as we prepared for another exciting year of dance!
Early Registration class placements
Dancers who completed Early Registration have already been placed in classes. Don’t worry—you can still make changes!
To view your dancer’s individual schedule:
- Log in to your Parent Portal.
- Select Calendar.
- Navigate to the week of August 31.
Your dancer’s schedule should match the selections noted on the Early Registration Form—as long as we didn’t make a mistake. If you need to make any changes, email us at info@rnmdancestudio.com and we’ll get the schedule corrected.
Early Registration guarantees your dancer’s place in their preferred classes. However, we would like to solidify everyone’s selections as soon as possible so we know how many spots are available for new students.
Registration appointments begin August 10
Registration appointments for both returning and new students begin August 10.
Dancers entering the Intermediate or Advanced levels who will be attending Dance Intensive from August 10–14 may want to choose an appointment time around drop-off or pick-up.
Haven’t registered for Dance Intensive yet? Registration is available through your Parent Portal.
During your registration appointment, you will:
- Select your dancer’s classes and make payment
- Tour our facility
- Have your dancer fitted for dancewear
- Pick up your Joe Corbi’s fundraiser books
- Receive your class schedule and handbook
Dancewear consignment sale
Registration is also a great time to shop our consignment section!
Take a few minutes to check whether your dancer’s ballet shoes, tap shoes, hip-hop shoes and leotards still fit. If something is too small and you would like to place it in the consignment section for sale, please bring it to the studio during one of the following times:
- August 13–16 from 4:30–8 p.m.
- August 20–23 from 4:30–8 p.m.
Consignment purchases must be made with cash. RNM serves as the middle-woman and passes the payment directly to the dancer who brought in the item.

More morning classes for homeschool families
We’re adding more classes during our morning hours!
Homeschool families can check out the new Tuesday morning options on the season schedule.
New this year: Audition for Swan Lake
We are so excited to announce that RNM Dance Studio has been asked to host auditions for the United European Ballet Company’s performance of Swan Lake! 🦢
Dancers from any studio between the ages of 5 and 18 are invited to audition. Because RNM is hosting the auditions, RNM dancers are guaranteed a role in the performance.
Dancers will be selected by the United European Ballet Company’s staff to perform in supporting roles during the October 22 performance of Swan Lake at The Maryland Theatre.
Audition Information
When: Monday, August 10 at 5:30 p.m.
Check-in: Begins at 5 p.m.
Where: RNM Dance Studio
Who: Dancers ages 5–18 from any studio
Audition fee: $5
Selected dancers will pay a participation fee of $95, which includes:
- Choreography rehearsals
- Dress rehearsal
- Costume fittings
- Costume rental
Rehearsal Schedule
Rehearsals are tentatively planned for Sunday evenings from August 16 through October 11. Exact rehearsal times are still to be determined.
